I loved following your adventures on IG stories! and what a perfect reading The Land Where Lemons Grow must have been, a perfect balance with all that snow! I loved that book, so informative and entertaining at the same time.

Lovely to read about your time in Austria. I was watching your stories with much excitement and heimweh. I cannot wait for your next cookbook. I own Classic German Baking, but am not the most experienced baker and have only made a few things, but each one so special. I’ve so wanted to remake traditional savory recipes, but didn’t know where to start sometimes. I know this will be a great place to find all my German and Austrian favorites. A special request-I would love a good Kärntner Kasnudel recipe. But will be grateful for any recipes shared in your next cookbook.

Loved reading about your winter vacation. I want to tell you about an addition I made to your Stollenkonfekt. I roll small bits of almond paste into balls, make an indentation in the dough and push the dough around the almond paste. So delicious! Can't wait for the new cookbook!
