Hi Louisa - any vegetarian recipe will be appreciated. And anything about daily life in Berlin is inspiring. Learning the German equivalence of American ingredients is always fun to hear. And please share your Holiday travels and experiences outside of Berlin.
As I travel to Berlin about once a year, any tips of good places to eat, things to do, etc. I miss your Berlin on a Platter blog, but still read the old postings. I lived in Hamburg for ten years and live vicariously through your books and postings. Thank you!
Hi Luisa and Happiest of New Years to you & yours. I love your newsletters- so warm, honest & newsy.
I’d love to hear more about Berlin and any of your travels. And why Sicily for Christmas? I’m aching to escape next Christmas too- just not sure where to. Your list of books read last year sure was inspiring so maybe on a more frequent basis?
Luisa, I loved your books read list from 2022. In fact, I got "Black Sea" for 2 of my adult children as a Christmas present. Absolutely gorgeous book and so timely. Thank you for that! I meant to comment on the "Holy Shield" newsletter but still haven't. So lest I miss my chance, that list in itself and the commentary was such a delight and so helpful. I have not been disappointed by the books you've recommended in the past. (I am immediately thinking of "Americanah".) I'd have to say that the food you are cooking is of equal interest to me. Happy New Year and keep up the great work!
Book lists, life in Berlin or Italy and especially recipes - I miss your blogs where my homesick self could read a bit about a life similar to what I used to have. You make me smile so often and your recipes are fantastic! Thank you!
I’d love to learn about the books you are reading, I have enjoyed your past recommendations, thank you! I also just treated myself to your cookbook and it arrived a few days ago, and it is wonderful!

Definitely life in Berlin (where I can't wait to go again) and recipes! So many of your recipes are on my all-time favorite list, and with things I never thought I would like that much. Any time you write about the passing of time with your kids makes my heart ache a little bit (I have a 4yo right now)–I can hardly believe Hugo is ten years old.
Books and recipes is a perfect mix for this new year. Thank you Luisa!

Your book recommendations are always great! Other than that I enjoy reading pretty much everything you write about.

I'm going to try the salad! Thank you.
Put me in the ’Don‘t change a thing‘ camp. I like the loose format. Happy New Year!
